My names Mikaela and I am the founder and host of Empower Retreats. It makes me so excited to know you are on this page and interested to come along, I welcome you with big open arms and hope you get the chance to join me!

I started these retreats knowing how negative our headspaces can get, knowing how badly we speak to ourselves and how easy it is to forget to give ourselves the love and time we give so easily to others. I wanted to give people the opportunity to step outside their crazy, busy work schedules and recharge and re-energize their lives. I wanted to deliver more than fitness, more than relaxation and put together a week that would enable people to learn not just during the week but give them some tools and skills to take home with them. I want you to empower each other and most importantly empower yourself!
