Instead, focus on small changes, small habits that become second nature, and stick with those for longer and you'll see better results and it also won't feel as full on!

If you don't start to believe in yourself, then who else will? Even if it feels fake at first start the day with a little quick self-reminder of yes I got this, yes this will be a good day is enough for your body to feel that positive self-talk.
