It's just one of those down days...

Some weeks, some days we feel on top of the world and other weeks or days we just feel... off. And you'll be reading this on the other end and know exactly what I mean when I say off because we've all been there. Even when you feel like you're the only one who has these days, trust me when I say it's absolutely not true

 

When you're experiencing these low times, on the days you feel less motivated or the things you usually love just don't feel as exciting it's normal to feel like those days will never end. Just like a rollercoaster goes up and down these moments WILL go away and your spark will come back. 

When you're experiencing the low moments soften into yourself and be kinder to yourself. Surround yourself with people that love and care about you. It's also super normal to not want to be around anyone when you're feeling low, that's okay too but just know that love and support are around you IF you need
THINGS YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU'RE FEELING LOW

💗 Listen to your favourite songs. This could either be soft relaxing music or something upbeat that gets you dancing (huge mood booster!) ðŸ’— Go for a walk with a friend or walk alone listening to a podcast. When we have these off days we don't want to be in our head too much as it can make us feel worse and almost 'dwell' on our low feelings so being around great company or listening to a great podcast can help your mind focus on something else. ðŸ’— Bake!!! I love baking when I'm feeling a little low. It's a task that doesn't require too much energy (unless you're making pavlova or something wild! haha) but it's an action that makes you feel accomplished one of those box-ticking tasks that feels good after! Plus then you get to eat cookies after and that is bound to make ANYONE feel better! hehe 

💗 Think of something you're really looking forward to. Knowing that right now you aren't feeling your best but remembering something really exciting ahead coming up is one way to know that the low days WILL pass!



Always remember that these low days have come before and you've overcome them

These bad days that are coming up now you are strong enough to overcome them again, and again. 

Take it day by day and just do your best

Your high vibing yay for life will come back soon ðŸ’—💗💗Remember that you never have to face anything alone and if any of these low days do start to feel really dark don't hesitate to reach out for help.
