Ever wondered what a retreat is like?

I run Womens Self love Fitness Retreats and I wanted to answer some of the most common questions!!! 

 

Q- I saw you have workouts on the schedule. Do you have to have experience? What if I'm not fit? A- No experience is needed at all for any of the workouts! All workouts are suitable for beginners to advance so you don't have to be fit to come on a retreat! The workouts are there for us to move our bodies through the week, learn a few new exercises, feel proud of ourselves and our bodies, be around the team and support each other!

Q- Is everything included? Food? Accommodation? A- Yes! Everything except your flights and any extra personal extras you want (massages, extra nights before or after, extra food or snacks, extra things if we go out to the shops) Q- What if I come alone? I'm nervous about not knowing anyone  A- Most girls actually come solo too!! So you won't be the only one!! It's totally normal to be nervous but as soon as you arrive and meet everyone the nerves go very quickly! Trust me when I say there has been tears almost every retreat from girls not wanting to leave their new friends!! The environment is so welcoming and friendly that coming alone is totally fine and an amazing experience to go out of your comfort zone! Q- Do we get free time? A- Yes for sure! There is lots squeezed into every day so the days feel extra long! But there is still lots of free time to recharge and do your thing! I know how important it is for you on your holiday to be able to have solo time, be able to read, chill, go for a beach walk or call your family or boyfriend back home. I always make sure to balance the social time together as a group with solo time to recharge introverts and extroverts!
